Abstract

This research have done at PT Yale Setya Sentosa Sukoharjo Work discipline and work motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze how the effect of work discipline and work motivation on work performance. The type of data in this study is primary data that has been distributed to respondents using a questionnaire determined using a purposive sampling method by sampling based on the research objectives and criteria set by 100 people with the return of 67 questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that work discipline influences work performance by a beta value of 0.543 with a significance of 0,000 <0.005. Work motivation has an effect on work performance by beta value of 0.368 with a significance of 0,000 <0.005 Keywords: discipline, motivation and work performance
