Abstract
This study aims to determine. land compensation consignment mechanism used for the construction of the Adi Sumarmo Airport Railroad Project - Solo Balapan Station and any obstacles that arise in the land compensation mechanism used for the construction of the Adi Sumarmo Airport Railroad Project - Solo Balapan Station . The method of approach using normative legal research is descriptive. The data source consists of primary data, namely data from the research location and secondary data, namely reading sources. Data collection methods through literature study and interviews. Data were then analyzed through qualitative analysis. The results showed that the acquisition of land for public purposes carried out by the Government in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest through a compensation process for releasing land to the Government. If there are landowners who do not approve the compensation process then they can submit an appeal to the Chair of the District Court. If the appeal is rejected, the land owner can submit an appeal to the Supreme Court. However, if they refuse but do not file an objection until the determined period has ended, the compensation money will be deposited with the court.
