Abstract

This study aims to analyze which variable is the most dominant influence on the customer's decision to purchase a life insurance policy at PT. Sunlife Indonesia Semarang Branch. One of them is by applying the right marketing strategy. By taking 90 samples in this study using a questionnaire to collect data. Sampling technique there is convenience sampling, which is a sampling technique or elements that are taken based on the availability of elements and ease of getting it. The sample was chosen because the sample is in the right place and time. Data analysis techniques using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that product variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, process variables have an effect on purchasing decisions, people variables have an effect on purchasing decisions
