Abstract

After a divorce, the parents responsibility towards their children will not cease because parents still have an obligation to bear the cost of their children's lives, not only material but also love, care, attention, and provide a comfortable and proper place to live for their children with the child's expectations can grow and develop like children in general. This is to protect children's rights so that the child is not neglected. As a child who is the victim of his parents' divorce, it is obligatory to protect his rights. Not only both parents. But anyone is obliged to protect children. Even the rights of children are also regulated by the international world, namely UNICEF which is an international organization under the auspices of the United Nations.
