Abstract

In this globalization era, many people buy and sell through digital transactions. The implementation of the agreement in digital transactions is an agreement and payment of the price of goods ordered by the buyer to the seller. Transactions in buying and selling digital diera and industry today do not have to meet in person as in the real world when transacting. Because transactions carried out digitally parties cannot meet directly, it is necessary to have trust and good faith from the parties and the implementation or fulfillment in the transaction. Good faith in the sale and purchase agreement through digital transactions is very important in order to establish a good relationship and the existence of trust between the seller and buyer. Buying and selling digitally must underlie the principle of trust, because there is no trust there will be no good sale and purchase agreement. Trust and good faith are principles that apply in terms of agreements or contracts, so the implementation of digital transactions must be based on the principles of trust and good faith, this is to avoid misunderstandings among the parties.
