Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine: (1) Effect of Capital Structure on Stock Prices, (2). Effect of Profitability on Stock Prices. The population used in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Whereas the samples tested are companies listed in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2018 period. The analytical methods used for this research are: classic assumption test, multiple regression test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that capital structure has negative and not significant effect, probability has positive and significant effect.
