Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence the efeect of brand image, service quality and customer value on customer loyalty at the Larissa Aesthetic Center Kudus. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 164 consumer in the Larissa Aesthetic Center Kudus by using a questionnaire as data collection. The sampling techniques using Multiple Linear Regression, The result of this study indicate that : Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Value have a positive influence on Customer Loyalty.
