Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, price, and service quality on repurchase decisions. The population in this study were all citizen in Solo City who made a decision to buy back online shopping through shopee. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling with a sample of 130 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data using questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that promotion and price had a positive effect when the service quality has no effect on repurchase decisions. It is recommended in further research to add other independent variables that influence the level of repurchase decisions
