Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profitability, leverage, the size of the company and the dividend policy affect the value of the company towards manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data, namely annual reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The samples in this study were 132 companies for three years, then there were outlier data during the processing time of 19 companies. So the total sample of this research are 113 companies. The results of this study indicate that profitability, leverage, company size have a significant effect on firm value while dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value.
