Abstract

Xiaomi is an electronics company that designs, develops, sells smartphones, and other electronic devices for its customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty by surveying students of Xiaomi brand mobile users in the city of Surakarta. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Samples were selected using non-probability sampling techniques. Respondents in this study are students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who have used Xiaomi mobile phones with 100 respondents using the influence of independent and dependent variables. The results prove that the hypothesis of product quality and price simultaneously influences customer loyalty (accepted). The second hypothesis of product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (accepted). The third hypothesis of prices has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (accepted). The coefficient of determination test results states that the three independent variables have an effect of 51.5% on Customer Loyalty. Xiaomi company is expected to improve the performance and operating system of product quality and make products according to prices that can make customer loyalty increase.
