Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of corporate image and value perception of customer satisfaction and its impact on re-buying interest. This research was conducted at Starbucks Coffee Solo Paragon Mall, Surakarta with the population in this research is a customer at Starbucks Coffee Solo Paragon Mall, Surakarta with a sample of 100 respondents and a method of sampling purposive sampling, purposive sampling is a sampling technique with particular consideration. Analysis tools used multiple linear regression analyses, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis show that the company image, perceived value has significant effect on customer satisfaction and re-purchase interest only the company image has no significant effect on re-buying interest.
