Abstract

The application of the prudential principle is very important in the implementation of credit agreements. The prudential principle is the basic principle that states that banks in carrying out their business functions and activities must be cautious in order to protect public money entrusted by banks. The bank requires a credit analysis that carefully tests the feasibility of someone who is given credit.
