Abstract

Land disputes in general can be said as conflicts to fight over land rights, both agricultural land, plantations, and mines, between the people who have been working on the land, with the government and the private sector associated with the management of the land. This study aims to determine the Grondkaart land dispute resolution process of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia by reviewing District Court Decision Number 14 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PN.BTG and to find out the process of changing the status of Grondkaart land to ownership rights. This research uses an empirical juridical approach. This type of research uses descriptive research. The results showed that the Grondkaart Land dispute resolution process was carried out through the Settlement through the Judiciary Body namely a lawsuit filed and registered at the Registrar of the Batang District Court between the Plaintiffs of PT Kereta Api Indonesia and the defendants namely the Head of the Batang District Land Office, Ny Fetun Mariayang, Hasan and Yayan Nuryanah. The procedure for granting ownership rights over state land is regulated in Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian / Head of National Land Agency Number 9 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Rights and Management Rights.
