Abstract

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) to Profitability (Case Study at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia). The data source used in this study is secondary data. The data used in this study consisted of Sharia Commercial Bank financial statement data. The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Banks which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, a sample of 6 banks was obtained. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis which was previously carried out research with classical assumption analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t statistical test, the F statistical test and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that CAR shows a positive and significant effect on profitability, NPF has a negative and significant effect on profitability and FDR has a negative and not significant effect on profitability. While the independent variables together towards Profitability. 61.1% of variations in Profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia can be approved by the CAR, NPF and FDR variables, while it is accepted that 38.4% is requested by other variables outside the model.
