Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment on the performance of Muhammadiyah High School SMK-SMK employees. This type of research is quantitative, with the population of Employees in Muhammadiyah Vocational High Schools in Gemolong. The sample used in this study were 55 employees spread across several sections in Muhammadiyah Vocational High Schools in Gemolong. Analysis of the data used in this study by conducting the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determination. Based on the results of the calculation of the SPSS statistical application t test, it shows that religiosity has a significant effect on performance, physical work environment has a significant effect on performance, and non-physical work environment has no significant effect on performance. But together religiousness, physical work environment, and non-physical work environment have a significant positive effect on performance.
