Abstract

The world is currently being horrendous with a plague that can strike all ages and can cause death. Outbreaks of this disease are often called covid-19 which attacks the respiratory tract. The government is currently trying to break the spread of the virus by making policies that restrict the community from crowding. Even small communities have difficulty in finding the economy to meet their daily needs, the field of education is changing by teaching online. Community activities that can support government recommendations by exercising at home so that the body's immunity is maintained and not susceptible to viruses. The current pandemic condition can take advantage of exercising static bikes at home, the results of which can increase the body's immunity, so the body will not be easily exposed to the covid-19 virus. Stages that are carried out in making tools include reviewing the basic theory, designing tools, testing tools, taking data, analyzing data. The total distance traveled during 1 hour of testing is equivalent to 77.8 km. The calories burned are 152 Kcal, while the energy produced is 3.15 Ah and 0.78 Vdc. The use of batteries to turn on the 10 Watt LED lights, can be lit for 1351.3 hours. Utilization of a permanent magnet generator on a static bicycle can produce electricity which can later become a stay at home activity that is innovative and environmentally friendly.
