Abstract

Fiduciary Guarantee is a guarantee right on movable objects both tangible and intangible and immovable objects, especially buildings that cannot be encumbered by Underwriting Rights which remain in the control of the fiduciary giver. As collateral for paying off certain debts, giving announced positions to fiduciary recipients of other creditors. The purpose of this study was to determine the financing agreement for investment in the purchase of cooking utensils based on the murabaha principle No. 422-0162/127/ID0010767/10/2017 Principle Approval for Murabaha Funding for Micro KUR iB concerning ensuring orderly repayment or payment of the amount of obligations on time and the amount agreed upon by the parties as well as other amounts of money in connection with this contract, the customer must submit a guarantee to the bank, the type of collateral given is investment in the purchase of cooking utensils for home industry needs in this contract and in article 9 explains the parties acknowledge that the title in each article in the contract. In murabaha financing, the contract of supply of goods is based on the principle of buying and selling, where the bank finances the purchase of goods needed by the customer plus the agreed profit.
