Abstract

This study describes the marketing strategy undertaken by BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera BMT as one of the Islamic financial institutions that offers a variety of products and services. To be able to compete in the search for new members with other institutions, the strategy carried out by BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera is a door to door marketing strategy. The main issues in this study are 1) How does the practice of door to door marketing strategies on BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera in increasing the search for new members? 2) Is the practice of door-to-door marketing strategies at BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera in accordance with the Islamic Economy Perspective ?. The purpose of this research is to find out the practice of door to door marketing strategies in BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera in increasing the search for new members and to find out the appropriateness of the practice of door to door marketing strategies in BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera in the Islamic Economy Perspective. The research method in this thesis is a type of field research. So in this study the authors used a descriptive approach in the form of written and oral words through the people observed. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. The technique in collecting through data and analysis of the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of research in BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera that the implementation of door-to-door marketing strategy is very influential on the development of the members of BMT Kube Colomadu Sejahtera has increased from year to year and in carrying out the strategy is in accordance with Islamic economic principles.
