Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on the purchasing decision of Tokedia e-commerce. The population in this study were students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Samples taken amounted to 100 students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta who had made purchases at Tokopedia. Data collection methods used were through field studies in the form of a personal questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study have several findings, first the product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, secondly the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the third is the price that has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
