Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically prove the effect of price, promotion and product quality on the purchasing decision of Vans shoes. The population in this study were all students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta who were still active in lectures. The sample of this study were 103 students. The sampling technique used in this study is to use purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis obtained using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program. The results showed that there was an effect of price on purchasing decisions for Vans shoes, there was a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for Vans shoes and there was an influence on product quality on purchasing decisions for Vans shoes.
