Abstract

Abstract This research aims to: 1) Know the work environment, 2) Know the performance of nurses in the Kraton Regional Hospital in Pekalongan Regency and 3) Analyze the relationship of the work environment with the performance of nurses. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between the work environment and nurse performance. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The research method uses correlational with questionnaire techniques for data collection. Data analysis is the product moment correlation using SPSS 16.00 for windows. The results of data analysis obtained 0.005 <0.05, meaning there is a relationship between the work environment and nurse performance. The working environment in Pekalongan Palace Hospital is classified as high with a hypothetical average (RH): 60. The performance of the implementing nurses in the last month before the study was conducted in either category with an empirical average (RE): 86.01. Keywords: work environment, performance
