Abstract

This study aims to influence the work-family conflict and work stress on the performance of women workers. Study conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu Hospital. The sample of this study were 51 respondents who worked at the hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficients, validity and reliability tests. The results of the last research questionnaire were valid and reliebel. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the work-family conflict has a positive and significant and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of women workers at the hospital.
