Abstract

Based on the regulation of RI Health Minister number 43 of 2016 concerning the standard of services in field of health refers to the District/City on giving the health service that is gotten by every citizen as if minimal. The standard of minimal health service (SPM) there are 12 kinds and the health of mental is arranged in section 2 verse 2 of j. the health of mental is a condition which a balance among the health of physical, mental and emotional of someone, so he / she can live to adapt others, society, environment as well as himself / herself. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of mental health service standard at Polokarto Public Health Centre. The plan of this research is uses the qualitative method through phenomenology descriptive approach which is does observation toward phenomenal in a location. To establish the participants this research uses the purposive sampling approach. There are 9 participants, there are Kasi P2 PTM Keswa, a doctor, a nurse, two midwife, two frameworks and two members of mental disorder people (ODGJ) families. The data collecting technics are an observation, in-depth interview by a prove that is interview recording and documentations. According to the results of this research, there are the standards of mental health services at Polokarto public health centre, but they have not appropriated the standard because these is not a mental poly clinic. The efforts of Polokarto public health centre give a promotive health service that is socialisazation to society. Preventive efforts are given by health officials for mental disorder people, the are by face to face, socialisazations and informations to society. The curative effort decides to service in making some covering letters, while there is not medical treatment. Rehabilitative effort is done by visiting to patients to monitor their conditions and developments of mental disorder people (ODGJ).
