Abstract

Businesses that are engaged in the field of travel Umrah are now increasingly rife. This is due to the large number of Indonesian people who are Muslim. Not infrequently we encounter between one company with another cooperate with each other by making a cooperation agreement in writing. In the process of making a partnership agreement for the organizers of Umrah between NIKMATOUR and PT. Musafir Lintas Sahara is regulated in the Civil Code about the legal terms of the agreement and the results of the agreement made in the form of rights and obligations. The existence of this agreement was made as a form of responsibility of the parties so as not to do things that are detrimental to each party.
