Abstract

Ovarian cysts are gynaecological cases (diseases that exist in the uterus, vagina and ovaries or the female reprosuksi system) Most of the many gynecologic cancers. Ovarian cysts are a disease that causes many deaths. Ovarian cysts with the highest incidence are usually present in developed countries, with the average ovarian cyst as much as 10/100,000, except in Japan that is at least 6.4/100,000. While in the country South America about 7.7/100,000 The incident tends to be higher than in countries in the Asian and African. Ovarian cyst patients usually need self-acceptance to receive the deficiency and excess of the sufferer. Therefore the study aims to determine the process of how self-acceptance in ovarian cyst sufferers. This study was conducted on 6 informants suffering from ovarian cysts based on the results of a doctor's examination (USG). The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data is collected by using interviews, while analyses are used using analytic content. From the results of the study revealed that the self-acceptance of ovarian cysts varies the level of acceptance of him, some take a long time to accept deficiencies in themselves, some of which only require a short time to receive The disease suffered by the.
