Abstract

The aims of this research to explore the process of adoption of emarketing conducted by MSMEs. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subject or informant is the owner of MSMEs Decorative Umbrella Craft in Juwiring Klaten. Data collection techniques using snowball. Analysis method start from the reduction, presentation, and conclusions. Research results show that the marketing environment plays a very important role in the emarketing adoption process. The desire and knowledge of individuals regarding e-marketing adoption is still bad enough. Service factors and consumers trust, while the factors that are obstacles to adopting e-marketing are the lack of knowledge of technology in the digital era, the SMEs capacity and misunderstanding the benefits of adopting e-marketing.
