Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has the aim to describe 1) planning of environmental based science learning in Class VI SD N Guntur 3, 2) implementation of environmental based science learning in Class VI SD N Guntur 3, and 3) evaluation of environmental based science learning in Class VI SD N Guntur 3. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach by observation in the field. The location of the study was conducted at Guntur 3 Elementary School. Through the interview, documentation and observation techniques, data were obtained for reference in this study. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. The validity of the research data was carried out by the credibility test by the triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of this study The results of this study 1) Planning for science learning has been carried out by compiling learning tools, establishing learning methods, establishing learning media, 2) implementing environment-based science learning covering three main activities namely initial, core, and closing activities. 3) Evaluation of science learning uses cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning evaluation to determine student learning completeness and remidial reference. The management of science learning in class VI of SD Guntur 3 is generally good, but there are still things that need to be addressed as a common challenge. The lack of facilities such as classrooms filled with more than 40 students makes the classroom ineffective for learning. Time constraints are also a factor in the constraints of learning management. The solution to overcoming the class conditions of obese teachers need to divide students into groups and try to make lesehan class. The teacher uses the time of learning activities so that there is no shortage of time. The teacher makes a prediction of time from the beginning to the end of the activity.
