Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development and training on the performance of employees at BPR Artha Perwira District Purbalingga. the sample in this study amounted to 60 employees of BPR Artha Perwira District Purbalingga using a questionnaire for data collection. sampling technique with non probability sampling method. data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Career development and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. 2)Job training has no influence on employee performance.
