THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) LEARNING MODEL WITH NAPIER STEM MEDIA ON NUMERACY SKILLS AND STUDENTS COOPERATIVE ATTITUDE ON THIRD GRADE MULTIPLICATION MATERIAL AT SDIT AR-RISALAH. Skripsi. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah Surakarta University. February, 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with Napier stem media on numeracy skills and students' cooperative attitude on multiplication materials in class III at SDIT Ar-Risalah. This study uses quantitative research types with experimental research designs that contain control and experimental classes. The control class uses the Direct Instruction learning model with the multiplication media, while the experimental class uses the TGT learning model with napier stem media. Data collection techniques through observation, tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses t-test and multiple classification anava test. The t-test was used to test the effectiveness of the TGT learning model with napier rod media on numeracy skills and the effectiveness of the TGT learning model with napier rod media on cooperative attitude, while the anava test was used to test the TGT learning model with napier rod media on numeracy skills and work attitudes same. Data analysis was performed with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of tcount> ttable is 2,286> 2,110 and 2,491> 2,110 while in anava test Fcount> Ftable, which is 19,196> 3,98. Thus it can be concluded that (1) the TGT learning model is effective against students' numeracy skills on the multiplication material at SDIT Ar-Risalah; (2) the TGT learning model is effective against students' collaborative attitudes on the multiplication material at SDIT Ar-Risalah; (3) the TGT learning model is effective against students' numeracy skills and cooperative attitude on the multiplication material at SDIT Ar-Risalah.
