Abstract

Talk about children and protection will never stop throughout the history of life, because children are the next generation of sustainable development and future, no exception in Indonesia. The legal role in the protection of children who are victims o molestation can be seen in acrticle 81 paragraph 2 of law number 23 of 2014 concerning child protection. Sexual abuse refers to any sexual activity the form can be in the form of assault or without assault. The assault category caused suffering injury, the sexual assault category without the assault suffered emotional trauma. Forms of sexual violence: seduced, poked, raped. In the criminal code regarding sexual violence, can be seen: Article 281,282,283,284,285, 286,287,Article 289, Article 290, Article 294,and Article 295. In the process of solving problems often the public who are still unfamiliar with the law do not know how and what step shoul be taken, especially in the process of handing sexual abuse cases involving children as victims. In the criminal law itself has been regulated and formulated the right way to resolve the problem. The existense of this legal regulation is used so that people get legal certainty and avoid arbitrary actions that can be carried out by irresponsible parties.
