Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. The object of this research is Kampoeng Batik Solo which consists of several Batik Industries. Organizational Culture used includes several aspects, namely 1) Consistent, Mission, Adaptation Ability, and Work Engagement. Samples taken in the study were 60 employee respondents with 9 batik industries. The analysis technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the results of the analysis found that Consistency, Mission, Adaptation, and Work Engagement have a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance. Consistency, Mission, Adaptation, and Work Engagement Can Explain Employee Performance of 70.2%
