Abstract

His research aims to know the relationship between occupational safety and occupational stress to the employees of PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industrial Kab. Sragen. The data collection techniques in this study use occupational safety scales and work stress scales. The samples in this study were as much as 150 employees with Accidental Sampling. Data analysis technique of product moment. The result is a relationship between the safety of the Kerjan with work stress on the employees. The percentage of the Kerjan safety of work stress is 96.5% and the remaining 3.5% is influenced by other factors. Working safety on employees in medium category. Work stress on employees in medium category.
