Educational Administration Masters Study Program. Graduate school. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. Supervisor I Dr. Djalal Fuadi, M. M. (df27@ums.ac.id), Supervisor II Dr. Maryadi, M. A. (mar243@ums.ac.id). The objectivies of this study is; 1) to describe the anti-turnover motivation of nongoverment serviceteachers in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational Schools, 2) to describe the competence of non-turnover non-civil servant teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura, 3) to describe the performance of nongoverment serviceteachers who are anti-turnover in SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura, 4) to describe the job satisfaction of nongoverment servicenongoverment serviceteachers in SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Qualitative research using a phenomenological approach with interview, documentation and observation techniques. The conclusion of this study is the anti-turnover motivation of nongoverment serviceteachers in Muhammadiyah Kartasura Vocational School includes: teachers feel valued their achievements, recognized their existence, have the responsibility of carrying out 5 basic tasks of teachers, have motivation to progress, feel satisfactory salary, feel comfortable, get school attention, and the principal's supervision does not curb. The job satisfaction of nongoverment serviceteachers who are anti-turnover at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura is seen in; 1) salary is satisfying 2) working conditions are safe and comfortable. 3) the condition of open and democratic school organizations 4) supervision activities help in their work. 5) The teacher feels satisfied the teacher's relationship with the teacher and employee is well established, 6) able to position themselves and condition the atmosphere, 7) the teacher is satisfied because of the good performance. Teacher's performance shows in ability; 1) working with students individually, 2) preparing and planning learning, 3) making use of learning media, 4) involving students in a variety of learning experiences, having active leadership from the teacher. Have pedagogical competence; mastering the characteristics of students, learning theory and learning, information technology for learning, assessment and evaluation of processes and learning outcomes. Having professional competence; mastering subjects, developing materials, developing professionalism, utilizing information and communication technology to develop themselves. Having personality competence; displaying exemplary, personal, steady and mature; work ethic, responsibility, proud to be a teacher. Having social competence; being inclusive, acting objectively, not discriminating, communicating effectively, being empathic, and being polite, adapting to the place of duty, communicating with the professional community itself and other professions.
