Abstract

Advacne payment method of payment is the payment of international trade by means of an importer pay for it first to exporters .In method of payment there are various variation payment one of them is partial payment with order that is the method of payment with a system of mostly the buyers only pay a portion of the price of first . A method of like this have great risks against exporters and importers are not carried out kewajibanya for receiving articles or paying for goods in accordance with the agreement .The protection of the law against exporters that they need to protect exporters from loss.
