Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size, company growth on firm value. The population of this study is the classification of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and 108 samples were obtained, because the data were not normally distributed, 12 outliers were carried out on the sample and the final sample was 96 samples. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results show that profitability and liquidity apply to the value of the company. While company size and company growth do not oppose company value.
