Abstract

Destruction of public facilities is an act that is done by someone or more that makes the item is not intact anymore or imperfect. The act against the law is now quite a lot of dissent from disparity to heartache. Not also with the destruction of facilities that make the community anxious because it is quite a pawed and uncomfortable. Legal sanctions on perpetrators of destruction of goods are governed in article 406 paragraph (1) of the CRIMINAL code, but there are still many indifference in the regulation and do not heed it. The efforts of this law need to be done firmly so that one does not take lightly on the sanctions given, considering that public facilities are an important means to support the development of a nation.
