Abstract

By the development of technology, financial transactions between human are increase, not only for visible items during direct transaction, but also virtual objects through online market. These transaction currently even turn into millenial people’s habit. Financial transaction commonly has various type of assembling such as sale and purchase of Youtube’s viewer and subscriber and also rental services to improve the number on those youtube platform’s traffic. Both are consider as a potential bussiness type, nowadays. Regarding to its virtual objects and newest process, allowable of thesefinancial transaction was questioned by people. This research was aims to find out how islamic law perspective toward financial transaction of Youtube’s viewer and subscriber. Research type that used in this research is library research with qualitative descriptive approach. The data is collected by documentation method. The result of this research shows that increasing the amount of viewer and subscriber in Youtube platform have two different kind of law based on islamic perspective. Those depend on its type of contract and transactions procedure. When the contract was running with selling and buying methods which aim to maximize the profit by perpetrate forbidden ways as had been arranged in Youtube Program Partner (YPP) certainty. Then it will be counted as tadlis bay’. Islam was prohibit tadlis transaction because of dishonesty and deception its caused. Whereas kind of adding viewer and subscriber transactions which was allowed in islam are when those transactions uses istisna’ or ijarah contract, the account or channel that used as object was not made for commercial purpose, and mu’ajjir or shani’ distributed those additional viewer and subscriber not from forbidden ways, but in correct methods, such as mobilze an online paid audiences community or carry out related legal website and real rent accounts.
