Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find the factors to improve organization culture which consist of leadership, motivation, and communication toward employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bank BPD Jateng Karanganyar Branch. The population on this research are al employees in PT. Bank BPD Jateng karanganyar Branch. The sample which used are 35 employees using random sampling method. The technique to collect the data is using questionaires. Logistic regression analysis with binary scaled-dependent variable is used to predict the influences factors on organization culture growth which consist of leadership, motivation, and communication toward employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bank BPD Jateng Karanganyar Branch. Hypothesis which assign in this research are leadership, motivation, and communication involves significantly toward employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bank BPD Jateng Karanganyar Branch. The result of the logistic regression analysis with binary scaled shows that the three factors of improvement organization culture which consist of leadership, motivation, and communication significantly influence toward employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bank BPD Jateng Karanganyar Branch. The result of expectation B test or Exp(B) known that contibution which given by leadership’s variables toward job satisfaction are bigger than motivation and communication. This showed by the quantity of the Exp(B) value = 2.3651 which bigger than motivation Exp(B) = 1.8033 and communication Exp(B) (1.5302).
