Program Studi Hukum Ekonmi Syariah Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Pembimbing Dr.Mu’inudinillah Basri,MA 2020 This study is titled "Analysis of the Distribution of Inheritance for heirs with Mental Disabilities in the Novel Tentang Kamu by Tere Liye : Prespective of Islamic Law Complication (KHI)". This research comes from problems in the novel "Tentang Kamu" inherited from an old woman from Indonesia. This novel tells how the character Zaman traces the life of Sri Ningsih from childhood to the end of his life in order to find heirs from the many inheritance left by Sri Ningsih but he only leaves the will that must be traced by Zaman using the only clue in Sri Ningsih's diary which is found in nursing homes. By using the Fiqh Iftirodhi approach, the results obtained are if the will exceeds one third of the inheritance, while the other heirs do not approve it, then the will will only be carried out to a third.
