Abstract

The purpose of this research in to analize the influence of profitability, firm size, liquidity, solvency, and inflation to firm value. The population of this research in companies that have been listed in the LQ-45 index 2016-2018.The sample selection use nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research totaled 75 companies. This research used multiple regression analysis to analyze data. The F test result show that profitability, firm size, liquidity, solvency, and inflation simultaned simultaneously effect on firm value. The t-test show that profitability and solvenncy partially affect on firm value. While firm size, liquidity, and inflation partially had no affect on firm value. The result of the research show that adjusted R^2 of 0,783 or 78,3% can explain the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, solvency, and inflation to firm value, while 21,7% outside by other variables outside the model.
