Abstract

Domestic violence is an act that causes physical, mental and social suffering of family members by fellow family members. One of the domestic violence cases is one of which is accompanied by destruction of goods. The problems studied are: How is the regulation of the problem of destruction of household goods in the Criminal Code and the UUPKDRT and how is the law enforcement regarding domestic violence with Accompanied Goods Destruction in the decision No: 199 / Pid.Sus / 2018 / PN Byl and Case No: 24 / Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.Sgn. The method used by the author in this study is the method of normative legal approach. The results of the author's research, namely the regulation of the problem of destruction of household goods within the Criminal Code in Article 170 of the Criminal Code, 406, Article 367 jo.411, Article 412 of the Criminal Code and the UUPKDRT are regulated in articles 5 and 6 and for penalties regulated in Article 44, then law enforcement regarding domestic violence accompanied by destruction Case Number: 119 / Pid.Sus / 2018 / PN Byl and also Sragen District Court Decision Case Number: 24 / Pid.Sus / 2017 / PN Sgn done with UUPKDRT, destruction of goods difficult to prove and only becomes evidence in the process of law enforcement.
