Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes the tendency for technology to become more widespread. Simple technology-based equipment is increasingly being developed to facilitate human work. The cultivator's performance can be maximized because the work is assisted by the tool. The method for conducting this research was carried out for approximately 1.5 years by making concept designs, making tools, and raining data. This study aims to determine the effect of variations in feed load 8,10,12 kg and valve opening and closing time for 4,6,8,10 seconds on changes in feed load that comes out in each pond. Previous tools that have been made can only provide one pool, with this tool capable of providing feed in a linearly arranged pool with a considerable amount as long as there are rails to run this tool, for valve opening and closing time can be set in the CX-Programmer application according to the needs and mass of the feed tank. This process can be called Automation which is controlled by a computer / laptop. The results of the study were successful with the valve and sensor working well, the sensor detected the sensor trigger at a certain distance and then gave the order for the valve to open according to the time programmed on the PLC. appropriate timing so that feed can be constant.
