Abstract

The aims to describe systematically accurately about the role of Polri Investigators in the Search for Evidence of Narcotics Abuse Actors. The results showed that the narcotics crime case that occurred in the Sragen region and was handled by the Sragen Police where in the investigation it was found that the defendant entered the qualifications of the rule of law as a user as explained in Law Number 35 Year 2009 Article 1 number 13, Article 1 number 15 , Article 54. Sanctions given to Actors if intentionally removing Narcotics criminal evidence can be subject to Article 233 of the Criminal Code. Barriers that occur internally are; a) there are limited facilities and infrastructure as well as adequate human resource; b) interrupted information, it is very difficult to get information about drug abuse. In addition there are external obstacles in the form of a lack of communication or information from the public. Keywords : Narcotics Crimes, Investigations, Investigations Barriers.
