Abstract

This study aims to determine aspects of justice and legislation in agricultural production sharing agreements, or often referred to as muzara’ah in islam that occurs in the Jogoprayan village, Gantiwarno district, Klaten City. Research methods using legal research methods with an empirical approach that is descriptive analysis. Form and type of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods through literature study and interviews are then analyzed using qualitative methods and deductive conclusions drawn. The results of the study showed that many people in Jogoprayan village, Gantiwarno district, Klaten city did not know and did not use the applicable laws and regulations, namely law number 2 of 1960 concerning production sharing agreements to regulate profite sharing activities in agriculture that they did, which resulted in injustice because there is no legal force that underlies the contractual activities that the community does.
