Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the accommodating of the mainstreaming of children's rights in a child criminal prison ruling and the judge's basic considerations in passing a child criminal ruling. This research is a type of normative legal research using the decision content approach method and secondary data types with research using Decision Number 04 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2015 / PN.Sbs and Number 15 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2015 / PN.Pdg . The results of this study indicate that the mainstreaming of the Rights of the Child (PUHA) in the decision of a child criminal prison is contained in sentencing by the judge and the basic consideration of the judge in the decision of a child criminal prison is the best interest for children as the main consideration.
