Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this study are: 1) To obtain results and describe the effect of student discipline on the emotional control of teachers in the class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. 2) To obtain results and describe the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationships on the emotional control of teachers in the class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. 3) To obtain results and describe the influence of student discipline and teacher-student interpersonal relationships on the emotional control of teachers in the class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The sample taken was 61 teachers. The required data is obtained through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contributions.The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 10,033 + 0,301X1 + 0,471X2. The equation shows that the emotional control of teachers is influenced by student discipline and teacher-student interpersonal relationships. The conclusions drawn are: 1) Discipline of students towards the emotional control of teachers in class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta can be accepted. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tarithmetic > ttable, 3,288> 2,021 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.002 with a relative contribution of 58% and an effective contribution of 31.6%. 2) The teacher-student interpersonal relationship with the emotional control of the teacher in the class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta can be accepted. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that tarithmetic > ttable, which is 2.653> 2.021 and a significance value <0.05, ie 0.010 with a relative contribution of 42% and an effective contribution of 22.8%. 3) Student discipline and teacher-student interpersonal relationship to the emotional control of teachers in class at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta can be accepted. It is based on the analysis of the variance of multiple linear regression (F test) it is known that Farithmetic > Ftable, which is 12.184> 3,230 and the significance value <0.05, i.e. 0,000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2)of 0.544 indicates that the influence of student discipline and teacher-student interpersonal relationships to emotional control in the classroom teacher in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta amounted to 54.4%, while the rest influenced by other variables.
