Abstract

The research aims to find. (1) The effect of financial literacy to consumtive behavior of students of SMA N 7 Surakarta. (2) The effect of peer environmental to consumtive behavior of students of SMA N 7 Surakarta. (3) The effect of financial literacy and peer environmental to consumtive behavior of students of SMA N 7 Surakarta. The type of this research is quantitative using survey design. Population in this research is student of class XI Social in SMA N 7 Surakarta in the 2019/2020 school year, that is equal to 144 student with sample counted 100 student taken with technique proportionate random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire method has been tested by tested validity and reliability tests and documentation method. Test a prerequisite analyzing using normality test, linierity test, and multicollinierity test. The technique of analyzing data uses multiple regression analysis t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R2), relative contribution (SR) and effective contribution (SE). Based of the result of data analysis multiple regression equation shows Y = 13,513 + 0,282X1 + 0,291X2. The equation shows thats students consumtive behavior is caused by financial literacy and peer group. The result can be taken is (1) The financial literacy effect on the students consumtive behavior, the proven with t-test value known that tcount>ttable it’s 3,843 > 1,985 and the probability value is 0,000 < 0,05. (2) The peer environmental effect literacy effect on the students consumtive behavior, the proven with t-test value known that tcount>ttable it’s 2,983 > 1,985 and the probability value is 0,004 < 0,05. (3) The financial literacy and peer environmental effect on the students consumtive behavior, the proven with F-test value known that Fcount>Ftable it’s 16,194 > 3,09 and the probability value is 0,000 < 0,05. (4) Variable of financial literacy give SR of 55% and give SE 13,75%. Variable peer environmental five SR 45% give SE 11,25%. The R2 equal to 0,250 or equal 25%, while 75% others is effected by other variables.
