Abstract

This study examines the Da'wah Register in Tabligh Magazine. This study aims to 1) determine the form of the Da'wah register in Tabligh magazine, and 2) determine the function of Da'wah register. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with a research period of six months (January-June). The data used in this study are forms of words, phrases and sentences contained in Tabligh magazine. Data collection techniques in this study used the listening method. Data validity is done by data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study are ninety (90) forms of preaching registers, which include words, phrases and sentences. The results of this study indicate there are five including nouns (nouns), nineteen verbs (verb), six adjectives (adjectives), one number word (numeralia), four noun phrases, four verb phrases, and six which include sentences. This study also shows the function of the Da'wah register in Tabligh magazine, namely 1) as a means of conveying intent, 2) as a means of conveying courtesy, 3) as a means of conveying respect, 4) as a means of conveying a sense of solidarity, 5) as a means of channeling opinions, 6) commanding function, 7) informative function, 8) social function, 9) personality function, and 10) cultural function.
