Abstract

Company competition which that increasingly open and tightly, has a succesfull factor that is highly determind by customer satisfaction level. Satisfied custumers have been fulfilled. Compsny is demanding to win the competition white create a new policy and strategy to market a product. The research questions a im to discuss are that the variable of product diversity, service quality, price and location take effect to custumers satisfication at ayam bakar mbak menuk restaurant? This research using quistionnare as a research instrument to knowing about the difersity of product, quality service, price, location and also custumer satisfication. the sample of this research are custumer with 100 respondents .based on this reseach analysis result. It’s conlude that the variable that used giving influence on dependent variabel partially or compietely
