Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance (Case Study of PDAM Surakarta City Employees). This research method uses a quantitative approach that uses numerical data. The population of this study was 140 employees. The sample used in this study were 35 employees with a convenience sampling technique sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using are (1) instrument test (validity and reliability test), (2) Classical Assumption Test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and (3) Hypothesis Test (multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2) . The results showed that the t test showed that (1) Work Environment had a significant effect on the Performance of PDAM Surakarta Municipal Employees. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Surakarta City Employees. (3) Leadership Style significantly influences the Performance of PDAM Surakarta City Employees.
